Corporate buy outs offer the farm facility to your employees and their families alone.  The entire farm can be yours for your special function in a relaxed atmosphere with enjoyable farm-provided activities and a catered meal. 

Farm facilities can host over 4,000 at a time (Tate Farms requires a minimum of 50) for private corporate events.  We offer indoor and outdoor facilities; pavilions, rock-sided patio, and green spaces and two full commercial kitchens.  A beautiful spot in the Tennessee Valley, surrounded by hills and hundreds of acres of row crops, grain silos, a pecan grove and the Tate Family homestead established in 1917. 

Daytime options include a lunch or dinner buffet with outdoor events for everyone - hay rides, pumpkin cannon launching, petting animals and more.  Children young and old enjoy pedal carts, jumping pillows, a barnyard playground and corn cribs full of kernels for swimming around. Enjoy our Country Store and retail space Pumpkin & Vine as you walk around the farm.

Evening events provide adventures with s'mores around a camp fire and moon lit walks through the pumpkin field or maze.  Our picnic areas are all lit, but string lights and Mason jar chandeliers can be added under a star-lit night. Private corporate events can be custom designed to add team building sessions, horse shoes, volleyball nets, a DJ or even a country concert on a cotton wagon stage.  We can offer corn train rides, helium balloon animals and face painting for the kids. Rentable inflatables or food trucks can be arranged. Tate Farms is a full service venue with on-site catering, entertainment and set up/clean up services for your convenience.
